‘‘Your Shopify Payments account is on hold’’ Can anyone help me how to fix it please!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I’m happy to provide some assistance with your Shopify Payments, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are you seeing a message similar to the following: "y**our payouts are on hold but your customers can still place orders on your store"?
If so, this can be due to a number of reasons. It may simply be a routine check with our banking partners, but would not be able to confirm without viewing your account. As we’re unable to access shops through the Community, the best thing to do would be Contact Support if you haven’t heard from them already. This will allow us to investigate further and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.
