Hi i have issue with chcekc out when i going to pay my card have payment isues when my customerf go pay they have same issues anybudy know what can i do fix this problem ?

There are a variety of reasons as to why a credit card would get declined. For example, the credit limit could be exceeded, it’s expired or no longer valid, etc. We would need more context regarding the payment attempt in order to isolate a potential cause.
I’d recommend reaching out to your customer to get insight on if they received an error message of any kind and to also get in contact with their bank for more information on the status of their card.
