Error 423 is popping up and locked me out of my pos and everything. when I inquired they said branding or trademark and wanted me to sign a legal document. I have asked for the “item” that is the problem because in the legal document it has a line saying I have taken down the item but I can’t see to find out what the problem is there for signing the document would not make sense. I have reached out in live chat and didn’t get help they told me to email the org email person back and I have gotten zero response. I literally had Customers trying to check out. How long does this take to fix ?

I can confirm that in cases like this you would need to be responding to the original email contact regarding any legal matter, as that is not something we would be able to provide support for.
