How can I resolve errors in the Ella 5.2 theme's homepage section?

I’m using Ella 5.2 theme and facing many issues while building home page section. When I’m trying to contact them they just want me to pay them, just for solving technical problem inside their theme. So any help here will be appreciated.

  • Video height section error for both device inside slideshow section.

  • When I’m using multiple pages header layout to create 2 different gender store home page and trying to forward each url with there designated domain. Every time logo and mega menu appears is of main homepage only. What is the use of different pages layout option if this happens every time.

Maybe your support time is expired or you copied theme on internet so they does not provide support service without purchasing the theme.

@Dan-From-Ryviu Yes my support time is expired but i’m not asking for customization i just want to sort my problems i’m facing technically.
