How can I resolve identification submission issues on my eCommerce store?

Hey! So, I’m having trouble with my identification submission. I’m starting a Shopify store with my friend (Ztake Coffee) and he incorrectly entered his date of birth. Because of some other errors, we’ve decided to make me (Caleb) the owner of the site. Only a couple of issues. It asked for a photo ID, but because he made an error with the DOB, it didn’t go through. So that didn’t work. Now, I’ve named myself the owner of the site and have put in my information instead of his, but when I go to submit my photo identification, it says it’s still looking for his (Tucker Keysor). I thought I was the primary owner, but apparently his data is still in there, deep. I also tried transferring ownership (seems like a great feature), but I can’t do that until I take care of the Balance, which I can’t do without photo identification, haha.

Help! Please!

Every time I go to that page, they redirect me to ask what my store is, then bring me to the Community forum, and around and around it goes.
