Hi I’m having issues with Facebook Commerce account

We couldn’t create a Commerce Account because your catalog already has one connected. Contact Facebook to help you resolve this issue.

Any idea on how to resolve this?

Same issue, I can’t get passed the Facebook Commerce Account section. I’ve tried removing the old catalog and confirming admin access, but no luck!
