Please help! I am new to shopify and just opened my 1st store. my google merchant account is verified at google merchant center however, Shopify is keep showing a message as below. I contacted google support and they confirmed that my account is not suspended. Please advise how I can resolve this issue. I am not able to add products to google shopping due to that.

Shopify in this case is a 3rd party tool. Do not treat Shopify information as accurate for things related to Google Merchant Center.
Alsways go to the source and log in to Google Merchant Center (GMC).
You can view messages by going to GMC > top right corner > click on the email icon.
Here check if you had received a suspension message, if yes, then this may have happened in the past.
To check if you are currently suspended go to GMC > products > diagnostics > click on the account issues tab.
