my shopify link won’t work anymore, how do i fix this ?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with accessing your shop, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are you able to clarify what link is not currently working? Is this the link to your online shop or to your Shopify admin?
To help get this resolved however, I recommend attempting the following troubleshooting steps listed below:
- Clear your Cache and Cookies.
- Access the shop from an Incognito Tab.
- Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Safari, Chrome, Firefox).
- Attempt using Another Device.
- Try uploading from the Shopify Mobile App.
If after attempting the following steps listed above, you continue seeing this error, I would encourage contacting the app developer directly for further assistance. You can contact the app developer by heading to the Shopify App Store and selecting Support > Get Support.
