How can I resolve my pending verification issue with online support?

How can I activate Shopify Support? They do not answer emails - now I have 7 pending. My payments are on hold until the verification process is complete and I cannot verify an incorrect name that is shown as the name of the person who owns the store as his/her SSN is required. How can I know SSN of an unknown person? Since Phone Support has been disabled there is no effective Shopify support at present. What can do apart from moving out of Shopify?

Visited Shopify Help Center and had phone contact with support. My matter has been referred to another team. Still awaiting a response, 72 hours have gone already without response.
