How can I resolve pending store transfer issues on Shopify?

Hello Guys I still building a new Store With Shopify development. and I decided to transfer ownership was sent to the client. but Shopify froze the store until I picked a paid plane.
any solution to cancel the transfer ownership or continue with the development plan until I finish the store?

there is a lot of data in it and I tried to contact Shopify support but they have AI assistance.

I’m afraid there isn’t a way to reverse the transfer once a development store has been transferred to another account. This is something that we’ve indicated on our guide and if you’d like to learn more about this process, then we’d recommend taking a look at our guide - transfer ownership of a development store. While there isn’t a way to reverse the transfer, you can continue working on their store as corroborator or you can consider duplicating the data and creating a new development store.

Hi, when I try to transfer store to my client it no longer gives him the option for $1 for 3 months and makes him select a plan which charges him on the day.

The development stores do not have a time limit like the standard trials and, as a result, development stores do not qualify for promotions or free trials.
