How can I resolve redirect domain issues on my website?

Good day,

I’m facing issues when I tried to set my redirect domain.

Below are the issues detected. I bought my domain name from shopify.

Resolve these domain issues to ensure your Shopify site works for customers.

  • Error fetching domain CAA record: Open your domain provider’s DNS settings and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
  • Error fetching domain CNAME record: Open your domain provider’s DNS settings and check that the record is set to shops.myshopify.com. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
  • Error fetching domain nameserver record: Open your domain provider’s DNS settings and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.

can anyone help me?

If you just purchased the domain name (via Shopify directly) then you probably just need to wait a handful of hours for everything to update itself.

Same issue here. We bought abc.com as our Shopify domain then redirect www.abc.com but run into exact the same issue here. After 48hours, it still fail. Any suggestions? Thank you!
