My website www.alixir.ma (Prestige Theme) is in two languages: English (original) and french (www.alixir.ma/fr) . I use an app to translate the website from english to french. It works great as you can see by yourself.

Still, I have conducted a SEO audit with semrush and I get the following error : 31 hreflang conflicts within page source code. Below is the suggested solution by semrush but I have no idea how to implement it. what can I do please, I can handle some coding if you help me through. Thank you in advance!
