Pls how do I contact shopify Team?
Shopify payment has not been activated on my store for days now even after providing the identity documents required of me.
I have tried reaching them via help center but its seems help center has been down for days too
Will really appreciate any help on this

Have you had an update on your Shopify Payments information since?
For some context, it can take a few business days to complete a review of your documents, but I want to reiterate that it’s done in the interest of you and customers security. If the Accounts team need any further information or clarification, they will email you.
