How can I resolve SSL pending status on my non-www domain?

Hi,
I have a shopify store https://www.abbfabbgroomingscissors.com/.
Now, on the non www version of the store, the redirect is set up but it has been months that it is showing SSL pending. However, on the browser if I put in the non www version, it redirects to the www version.

Whenever I am trying to crawl the store using a tool like Screaming Frog with the non www version, it is giving 403 Forbidden error.
Please help in resolving this issue and get the SSL pending status removed.

I’ve checked the root domain abbfabbgroomingscissors.com with Google Admin Toolbox, and it has multiple A records. Please log in your account with the provider and go to DNS settings. Go over the following records to ensure pointing your root domain to Shopify:

  • Point the A record to the Shopify IP address: 23.227.38.65.
  • If necessary, change the Host name to the @ symbol.
  • Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
  • Point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com.
  • Save your changes.

After completing the changes, kindly use some patience as it might take up to 48 hours to verify the update.
