How can I resolve 'store already exists' issue on my e-commerce platform?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to create a store and it says already exists however the store is unavailable on .myshopify.com.
How can I contact the support to clear/remove that name for me?

Unfortunately, once the .myshopify subdomain name was once registered in the past, it cannot be released.

In most cases, the .myshopify.com domain could be anything, but what is most important is your actual domain name for the store.
