Hi,
I have a customer who has placed an order with us before, he does not have an account. He placed another order with us and mis-typed his email, and then reached out to us saying that he never got a confirmation email… that’s because he didn’t enter the correct email. When I go into his most recent order to try to update it, I can’t enter his correct email because I am getting the error: “Email has already been taken”
Also, I have had someone with an existing account place an order using a different email address, and then ask us to combine his orders to his account so he can view his order history, but again, I couldn’t update his address and got the same error.
Any help?
