How can I resolve the 'non-existent image IDs' error in my product listing?

i keep on getting this error: The following image IDs do not exist or do not belong to the product: 40895611502806

could someone please help me fix this problem idk wat to do

You can try changing the images on media and variants on the product and save them again.

I’d love to help you with the issue you’re experiencing. Did you encounter the error message when saving a product after editing and adding images to it? If so, what you’re encountering is an issue that’s known to our Technical Team and fortunately, they have a suggested workaround prepared to resolve the error.

Could you please try duplicating the product in question and editing the duplicated version? This should allow you to save the product freely without any error messages. You can then proceed to delete the original product so you can continue working with the duplicated version.

If the issue persists after performing the workaround and editing the duplicated product, our Technical Team will need to investigate. From there, I suggest creating a support ticket so our support team can relay the issue. You can follow the steps below to get in touch with our support team:

  1. Visit our Help Center.
  2. Chat with the AI assistant and enter “account concern.”
  3. Click Chat with a Support Advisor as shown on this screenshot.
