How can I resolve the order confirmation email issue with missing shipping prices?

hello, on my order confirmation email I saw that there no prices paid for shipping etc. There’s an empty space , how can I fix that?

It seems that you are facing issues with your confirmation email, as it is not displaying shipping or tax prices. Firstly, you will want to ensure that the shipping fees and taxes are correctly applied to the actual order. You can do this by viewing the actual order via your Orders page.

If the problem persists, you should check if any changes were made to the email template. If you have made modifications, I suggest going to your Shopify Admin, clicking on Settings, then Notifications. Locate the Order confirmation email and click on “Edit code”. Within the editor, you will find an option to “Revert to default”. Select that option to restore the template to its original state.
