How can I resolve the regional error when syncing TikTok with my dropshipping store?

Hello! I have dropshipping on my shopify and I am trying to sync my shopify with my tiktok store BUT it’s giving me a regional error with my warehouse. It just says “Enter valid region” and I click on “update” but I’m not sure how to fix this. Help?

I’m also having this exact same issue. Tried TikTok support but they couldn’t help.
