This error is show when connecting with another store’s want to remove this from my old website.

This error can occur if your domain is still connected to another Shopify store that has since been closed (or that you otherwise don’t have access to). But not to worry, this can be fixed! I’m unable to authenticate through the Shopify Community forums, so therefor I’m unable to look into your account, but I will provide you with the steps to get this issue resolved.

You can let them know the issue you’re running into, and they will check in our system to see what store the domain is currently connected to, and work with you to remove it.
