Hi I have this problem. When I want to customize my theme, it shows the error screen that says this:
Failed to load the page
This page is not compatible with the editor due to one of the following issues:
Page is redirecting to an unsupported URL
Page failed to load due to an error
So I dont really know how to get over this. I dont have my own URL website yet. I tried opening a different theme but it is still the same, and I even tried different browsers, but it didnt work either.

I understand that when customizing your theme, you’re seeing the following error in your theme editor.
In order to further investigate this issue, could you create a support request via the Shopify Help Center? Your account will need to be authenticated so our team can take a look at your theme and settings to share what next steps can be taken. When reaching out to support be sure to advise if any apps were recently installed or if any code was applied to your theme.
In the meantime, I’d love to learn more about what online business you’re working on and what theme you’re using. If you haven’t had a chance to yet, I recommend checking out our Customizing Themes resource to add features to your store such as: adding order notes to the cart page, adding a recommended product section and much more.
