I would be delighted to help! I see you are seeing at checkout that the Payment Gateway PayStack is not working for you. When this error message presents it typically means the card in question is having issues. Can you let me know if you are the owner of this store or if are you a customer?
thanks for the response, am the owner of the store… just trying to make sure that everything is fine i didn’t enter card details before seeing the error message, the error message pops up when i click pay
Thanks, Nedy! Just to clarify, the process you are taking now is to pop to the payment screen, and upon arriving there the error presents itself then.
Here it appears the issue may be with the payment gateway themselves. What I would recommend is reaching out to their support team here.
As well as the above, could you tell me if this follows you across multiple devices also?
