Hi @Frank84 , When you say undo the SKU code, do you mean to undo the action and get the SKU code back after deleting the variant? If that is the case, it would be the same as deleting a product where the product or its values (such as the SKU code) cannot be restored.

it you can cancel where you are getting the product from then you can add it back to your site if you want to.
