I understand you are hoping to restore your account and choose a paid plan.
Would it be possible to provide some more context on your situation? Did you recently sign up to a free trial and didn’t choose a paid plan before it entered a frozen state perhaps? If that is the case, then you can simply log back in to your Shopify admin, where it will ask you to select a new plan and enter your payment details. You can re-open your store or view your past bills, and your store’s information is guaranteed for 2 years.
If there were issues with your store and it was closed, then you would have received email correspondence from one of our teams. The best thing to do in this situation is to reply to the email with any new information that you might have in relation to your store. If you cannot reply to the email then I would suggest reaching out to our support team using this link here.
