How can I restore my old ecommerce store with a new credit card?

i hope I can get a solution to my problem

I had a Shopify store 1 or 2 years ago

and the store was not active since then because I change my credit card details.

is there anyway to restore my old store with a new credit card?

I really need your help

A capital YES to your question, all you have o do is to log in to the old store and change your credit card to the new one.

But not you have to be on a subscription before going this.

in the browser the only thing I get is to create a new store

and in my Shopify app I get no internet connection (My internet is fine)

and 404 error
