How can I restore original product descriptions on my store?

I hired someone to work on my store and they ended up changing all the product descriptions.

I spent alot of time writing them so please let me know how I can get back the original product descriptions I wrote.

Unless you have the backup copy of the products, such as a .csv product export, then the changes cannot be reverted.
