How can I restore the 'Final Sale, No Returns or Exchanges' cart message?

When sale items are added to cart, we used to have a message that said “Final Sale. No Returns or exchanges” and for some reason, this is gone now. Can someone help me get it back?

These sale items were added to my cart (screenshot attached) and usually, theres a message under the product that says in red, “Final Sale. No Returns or Exchanges.”

Please help is get this back.
