Hi, the document I submitted isn’t valid and I cant resubmit my photo ID in order to verify my identity to continue using Shopify Payments. Can you help me please?

Once you explain the issue they will likely test some common browser issues (I would also advise trying this on mobile to be sure) and then check with the accounts team who securely review these documents, generally, live on the interaction with you.
