Great question! Did you buy your domain from Shopify? Or did you buy it from a third-party provider?
Either way, you can usually choose for your domain to automatically renew. Are you sure that option was not selected whenever you bought it? If not, and if a year has passed since you bought the domain, then you may need to buy that domain again.
Of course, there’s no guarantee that the domain is still available for you to purchase again if someone else has bought it in the meantime! And if that is the case, then you will have to opt for a different domain name.
Do you have a Shopify store currently? Because if you try to buy a domain through your store your admin will let you know whether that domain is available or not.

Everything is on my name by that domain that I have some document here. I bought domain name from here. I was getting hold of domain name registration at other please tryin get my domain back but I was take back to here where I was first started open up WestCoastGiftShop.com on Shopify by email: westcoastgiftshop@outlook.com, that domain was taken by me that I have no way of auto new it and I don’t have it access to that account since it say email is no longer with Shopify.
