I need to retrieve message history from a conversation with a Shopify Expert
Unfortunately, this is no longer possible to do, as the Shopify Experts portal has fully closed down now (has been replaced with the Shopify Partners Directory, which doesn’t handle direct messaging).
I think that’s pretty illegal. Some of them showed you how it works. You paid for that. This paid knowledge to look up is now deleted? Doesn’t sound serious, to be honest.
