How can I retrieve my withheld $6,000 from my ecommerce account?

I opened a Shopify account around November 7th and was in the process of hiring someone from Shopify experts to add all my products to my page. Well before I could do so, I had a customer want to purchase two high end golf putters from me. Scotty Cameron is the brand if anyone is familiar . And they aren’t cheap. So on November 15th I place an order on behalf of my customer as he claims he wasn’t receiving the invoices being sent. I have the screenshot of our conversation of this customer telling me to run his card that way because he wanted the items. Everything was good for a couple of days. I even received a payout date of November the 18th. On November 17th, I shipped my items to this customer sense I had a for sure payout date and everything was good and cleared only about 6 hrs until it’s time to pay me on the 17th I receive an email from the risk dept. stating that my account was being terminated because after reviewing my information and website (which has already been reviewed prior to any sales being transacted) that they don’t seem to be able to support because it presents a level of risk not suitable . I understand why they said this for my website because I only had a few items on there but if they look and see I had a job open with Shopify experts to complete all the items and their descriptions pending. items and I confirmed with a person I spoke to were not high risk and 100 percent okay items to sell on the platform . And why is it a ecommerce store becomes high risk once it accrues a balance waiting to be paid but not for the week prior when they already had reviewed my items. Now my customer was made aware of this situation while is was happening and have sense not heard back and my funds are being held until March 16Th and since I haven’t heard from the customer , Shopify is going to cost me to lose my items, and my money because I’ve been a merchant long enough to know people do it all the time, file a chargeback with their bank for a perfectly fine item because they keep the item and get their money back. I know for a fact Shopify wouldn’t make them ship the items back. So i need my funds that were unethically held from me only 6 hrs until it was time to pay me and me shipping my items to the customer even after waiting almost 48hrs after the payment to avoid this situation and imagine that, jokify seems to run another small business into the ground with their antics. HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY IM RIGHTFULLY DUE NOW ?
