I need guys your help because I tried to look everywhere for a fix or advice but didnt find anything..

So my problem is, Im using lithuanian post for delivery and it doesnt shows in shipping carrier. So whenever Im fullfilming an order, Im selecting Other Carrier and adding track id with link which is totally fine to me, Im also pressing to notify customer that they purchase was sent.

When customer is receiving order, I want to send them an email with “Delivery has been completed”, in Setting > Notification I can see that I have this kind of email in my system.

But how I can send this email to my customer?

You can enable that email from store admin > Settings > Notifications > Customer notifications > Local delivery

You may need to change in Sent folder of your email which you are using to send emails
