How can I send a second text-only email for dropshipping orders?

In addition to a beautiful customer email sent when an order is completed, I need to send a second email that is in a text-only format to our warehouse shipping shipping/queue.

I can’t find the ability to do this anywhere.

Is there an app that might be able to do this? Or a setting that I’m just not seeing?
