I would like to send a Slack notification when a visitor submits a form from my site (on Product page, Contact page, or other pages). In other words, it would be same trigger which sends out a Shopify email.
Is there an app for this? or can this be accomplished with Zapier?

There are some apps that offer an integration between a merchant’s Shopify store and Slack, so I would recommend checking these out first. The Zapier app you referenced is worth looking into, but there is also an app called EZ Notify which offers an integration with Slack. The app page says that the app can trigger notifications when orders are made and customer accounts are created, but I would recommend contacting the app developers directly to ask if notifications can be triggered when a form is submitted.
