I have a store on Shopify plus that sells coffee and I would like to set up email alerts for customers when they have not ordered the product based on their purchase frequency.
Example: I buy coffee every week on the site, I receive an e-mail if I have not ordered this week to be reminded.
I’m interested in third-party applications or solutions to integrate with Shopify.

Hi @Thomasdbs Shopify emails with the help of shopify flow can solve your issue, You just have to set your requirement in the shopify flow and connect shopify email with it, so it will automatically sent the email, according to your requirement.

Can you tell me more about how to create purchase frequency in relation to this operation? What would be the trigger and value of the purchase frequency in Shopify flow?
Hi @Thomasdbs I am not sure you may find the direct variable in shopify for that, but you need to play around with the customer variable, just start the trigger when a customer is completed a purchase and then create a segment for your regular customer, once that will be done, you can now have the access of the customers who use to buy product regularly from you, Now after that you need to create a new flow, where you will add this segment and wait for their order if they ordered in a week time again then no message will be sent if not then a message will be triggered, and this will continue.
