I have seen previous topics related to this one, but they are not exactly the same, or not able to workout a solution from them.
What I want to achieve:
When a custom signs up to Newsletter, I want an email sent automatically with the discount code. (Discount code is static, so I can just hardcode into email)
My Issue:
It appears the only option for this function is Mailchimp, I have nothing against using Mailchimp, However, when you put in your email address to the signup, you are forced to use another redirect page to a Mailchimp sign up form.
That process feels slow and awkward. Does anyone know, if it is possible to just have a customer click the sign up and receive the email without the need for a redirected page to Mailchimp Signup?
I have contacted the Shopify email app team, but there app does not support automatic sending of signup to newsletter.
