How can I send customized email newsletters through Shopify?

Dear All,

Greetings from Bait Al Tarfeeh Toys Tr.

I want to send a customized email newsletter through Shopify to all my customers, But I am unable to design a good email using Shopify email template customization.
before I use the Stripo tool for email template design and use the HTML code in the open cart admin panel email marketing tab and just paste the HTML there and send the emails to customers.
Is there any facility in Shopify or any application that will allow me to send customized emails to customers?
