I’ve set up the recovery cart email from Shopify Settings > Checkouts. However, I feel that 1 email might not be enough so I would like to send another 2nd email (after 2-3 days) and maybe a third one after a week.
Is there a way to do this via Shopify automations? It should be something difficult to do but I cannot find any trigger / conditions for Abandoned cart or similar.
Acquisition costs are increasing so any 2nd chance to recover a cart can make a big difference.
Is there anybody doing this? What can it be done?
