I don’t know the answer to this myself, but I would caution the choice to make the video autoplay. Most folks are navigating your website from mobile devices, and possibly on mobile data. An autoplaying video eats up the users bandwidth and can increase load times and bounce rates, so this change could have a negative impact on your websites overall performance.

If no one chimes in here on how to make the change, then you may consider hiring a Shopify Expert.
