We’re selling very bespoke products, the shipping cannot be by weight, not by dimensions.
So we need a way to set a price to ship this box to A, another price to B and another price to C.

In the example above, it includes Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain and Rest of World.

Unfortunately, there is no way to setup rates like this natively in Shopify.
The kind of rates you mentioned in screenshot is possible using our app ShipMagic.
We allow you to set rates by Zipcode and product. We also allow you to setup per item rates.

Shopify’s flat-rate shipping option lacks the ability to set individual shipping rates per product.
However, you have the option to create distinct shipping profiles for different products.
If you have a small number of products, you can set up a separate shipping profile for each one.
Conversely, if you have a large inventory of products, you may consider grouping them based on relevant criteria and then configuring the shipping profiles accordingly.
