How can I set maximum discount limits by user or brand?

Anyone can give any discount up to 100% which is basically losing money

  1. is there a way to Cap / Max discounts by User? No all the POS users should be able to use X %

2)Is there a way to Cap / Max discounts by brands? Not all the brands should have the same discount %

Please Help!!!
