how to leave second and third option blank, because i only want to add first option
so when user chose pendant only it should not need to choose another option to make combination

It looks like you are adding this necklace as a variant, so you will need to select the style and lengths it comes in. If it only comes in one length and style, you may want just to add it as its own product. That way, you won’t need to select the length or style. Let me know if this workaround works for you!
