How can I set up a buy one get one free promotion where customers only select one quantity?

Hi,

I need some advice on how can I create a promotion buy one get one free but I want the customer to select quantity one, not 2.?

I did this but then the customer has to choose quantity 2 so the promotion will be applied to one to be free

But I want the customer to choose one and the other will be added automatically as free
am I missing something?
