How can I set up bundles and pre-orders for drop-shipping?

Good afternoon,

Is there a way to create a bundle for drop-shipping - person order 4 things but I have one price for the four items.

2nd - is there a way to set up pre-order - I would like to get at least 100 order before fulfillment starts.

You can create bundles for dropshipping by creating a product bundle or setting up a discount code that applies to a specific collection of products. To create a product bundle, you can follow these steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Products > Add product.

  2. Enter the details for the bundle product, such as the title, description, and price.

  3. In the Variants section, select the option for “Multiple variants.”

  4. Click the “Add variant” button for each item in the bundle.

  5. In the Pricing section, set the price for the bundle based on the total value of the items included.

To set up a discount code that applies to a specific collection of products, you can follow these steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Discounts > Create discount.

  2. Choose the type of discount you want to offer, such as a percentage or fixed amount off.

  3. In the “Applies to” section, select the collection of products you want the discount to apply to.

  4. In the “Requirements” section, set the minimum quantity required for the discount to apply.

Secondly, to use pre-orders, you need to install a pre-order app from the Shopify App Store and then manage pre-orders in the Shopify admin. Depending on the pre-order options that you offer, you can collect full, partial, or no payment at the time the customer places their order. Collecting payments stores your customer’s payment method, and then you can fulfill and collect the remaining payment at a later date. You can learn more about this process below:

The bundle inventory is automatically set based on the available inventories of the bundle item(s), including the inventories of the variants. Proper quantity will also be taken out of the inventory of each bundle that is being purchased.
