How can I set up different color options for multiple product offers?

i want to make to this in my product page i want tow make two offers first one is to pick three pieces and the other is to pick sex pieces when customer pick first it allow him to selct only 3 colors

and he cant select the other colors
and whaen he select 6 pieces he can slect all pieces how can i do that
