This has apparently been an issue since 2006, and currently, I too am being told to use Boxify or another app - none of which I believe are cheaper than $9/month - and that is limited. My guess is, the final result will be to look for another hosting platform then see if the costs to stay and pay the shipping differences is the best financial option, or if it’s cheaper to leave and get the shipping right.
