How can I set up free shipping on my checkout page?

Hi,

Have some problem making my shipping free, when going through the checkout it says calculating shipping fee in next step. As im offering free shipping i would like to say shipping cost free to avoid conversion losses.

Does anyone have an idea?

Did you set up shipping rates for your store is free in your store setting?

Yes ive tried those steps but dont know if i missed anything, it stills says calculating at next step
