How can I set up pre-loaded bar tabs for online and physical store?

My store is both an online one and a physical bar. We want to be able to set up preloaded bar tabs that a customer can use. Pretty much like the gift card functionality but one that will work a) without a long gift card code and b) across the online and POS app. Say $200 is pre-loaded and decrements over time with purchases both in the bar and online (tied to an individual customer).

Just wondering if there are any apps out there or native Shopify functionality that might help with this? I know we could just do custom gift cards but that’s a bit clunky and I’m not sure how well these work with the POS app either.
