Hi all,
I run a company where people can hire designer items for a 4 day period.
I am wanting to have a feature within my store that I can have a security authorisation that way if someone either doesn’t return an item or it’s becomes damaged beyond repair, that they have to pay the RRP of the item. I’d preferably have this be automatically deducted from their card/bank account they paid with. I do have this “rule” built into my T&C’s but I need a way to be able to follow through. I’d imagine that Shopify have access to these people’s payment details for a certain period but I as a shop owner wouldn’t be able to access this even on request?
