How can I set up Shop Pay with an 8 digit CRN in Hong Kong?

Hi there,

Appreciate help on this matter, I would like to set up my Shop pay payment method in Hong Kong, and my company registration number (CRN). is in 8 digit, I am unable to proceed as it only allows a max of 7 digit. Anybody facing the same issue?

Thank you for reaching out about this! It looks like you are attempting to finish your setup with a Company Registration Number (CRN) but you actually need a HK Business Registration Number (BRN). It’s important to note that the information required to finish setting up Shopify Payments can’t be altered. A BRN is required and a CRN can’t be accepted in it’s place.
